At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizantWe have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Service Delivery Manager**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process to ensure high-quality outcomes.- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.- Provide technical guidance and support to the team in Java Fullstack Java- Sprint Boot /.Net Java Core Java and Advanced Java.- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators.- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.- Monitor and report on service delivery performance and take corrective actions as needed.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.- Lead incident management and problem resolution processes to minimize service disruptions.- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement.- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.- Utilize domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance to provide industry-specific insights and solutions.**Qualifications**- Possess a strong technical background in Java Fullstack Java- Sprint Boot /.Net Java Core Java and Advanced Java.- Have a minimum of 13 years and a maximum of 17 years of relevant experience.- Demonstrate excellent project management and coordination skills.- Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Show proficiency in managing service delivery processes and ensuring high-quality outcomes.- Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance (nice to have).- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with day shifts.- Show commitment to continuous improvement and best practices.- Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.- Have a proven track record in incident management and problem resolution.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.- Exhibit strong leadership and team development skills.**Certifications Required**Certified Java Developer ITIL Certification PMP Certification (nice to have)Why Cognizant?Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwideReceive ongoing support and funding with training and development plansHave a highly competitive benefits and salary packageGet the opportunity to work for leading global companiesWe are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environmentWe invest in people and their wellbeing.We create conditions for everyone to thrive.
