Quarantine and disposition of nonconforming goods, while ensuring the policies and processes are followed._What a typical day looks like:- _ Assigns employees to maximize quality control goals._- _ Ensures that directed shift staffing levels are maintained._- _ Hires guides and inspectors for shifts._- _ Interfaces with HR and finance for employee issues._- _ Research data and put corrective actions into place._- _ Reviews quality reports._- _ Performs process and sub-factory audits._- _ Ensures procedures are followed and may develop procedures for the quality assurance inspection operation._- _ Provides immediate supervision and guidance to inspectors, checking work at frequent intervals._- _ Frequently interacts with outside customers, vendors, and functional peer groups at various management levels and serves as a liaison between customers and the division regarding quality issues._- _ Directs daily shift activities._- _ Confers with management and production to define and hold up quality goals._- _ Trains shift guidance to inspectors in quality processes._- _ Holds up engineering and other functionalities in correcting employee errors._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ Experience in a similar _position_- _ Intermediate Excel experience_- _ Microsoft Office_- _ Excellent communication skills_- _ Strong leadership skills_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MG61Job CategoryQuality**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
