**Vacante para la empresa SUPERLAMPS en Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León**: Founded in 1993, Shampu Lighting is a group enterprise that specializes in research and development, manufacturing, and sales of lighting products. Currently, we have subsidiaries in Jiaxing and Lishui, Zhejiang, and Los Angeles, USA, and a Japanese subsidiary under construction.1. HR and Administrative Work: Establishing the Mexican company, recruiting, training, and managing personnel, coordinating internal and external affairs, and facilitating communication.3. IT Work: Overseeing the implementation of relevant systems, managing and taking responsibility for IT operations in the Mexican company.4. Financial Work: Reviewing the Mexican tax system's invoicing operations and tax reporting procedures, ensuring that local accountants submit monthly reports accurately and on time, and translating and submitting them to China.5. Tax Avoidance Operations: Confirming monthly sales and purchase amounts with the accountant for tax avoidance operations.6. Bank-related Operations: Managing bank account positions, reviewing and approving daily bank transfers.7. Coordination Work: Coordinating departments such as procurement, planning, logistics, customs, warehousing, and general management, reviewing operations and maintaining communication to ensure smooth company operations.8. Completing other tasks assigned by superiors.**REQUIREMENTS**:1. Over 5 years of experience in organizing and managing Mexican companies, with a good understanding of company establishment, taxation, import and export, team building, and office management in Mexico.2. Fluent in both native-level Spanish and Chinese, with a deep understanding of Latin American culture and local thought processes.3. Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with clients and employees from different languages and cultures.4.
