Manager, LACA Ecosystem Strategy Western Union is looking for a customer‑obsessed, tech‑savvy leader to grow our ecosystem products in the LACA region. You will design products such as digital wallets, prepaid cards, and other financial services that meet the needs of a global population. Role Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategies for ecosystem products in the LACA region such as digital wallets, prepaid cards, etc., and support the execution of Western Union’s regional digital strategies. Identify opportunities to improve the user experience based on deep customer, market, and industry analysis. Research and explore new sources of growth based on regional customer needs and competitive analyses. Examine new market opportunities to identify potential product offerings, strategic alliances, new consumer markets and other growth drivers. Build business cases for new opportunities, outlining priorities and overall customer and business impact. Size and scope each opportunity to develop a short‑ and long‑term product roadmap. Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Compliance/Risk, Payments and GTM leads to capture and manage cross‑functional requirements. Role Requirements 5+ years of experience in consumer‑facing digital product development and management, preferably in financial services. Proven track record in remittances, specifically payments and digital wallets. Cross‑functional experience with Compliance, Risk, Payments and Design. Impeccable understanding of data and metrics, driving high‑quality, data‑driven decisions. Strong collaboration skills and ability to negotiate with senior teams across functions and geographies.
