You will resolve customer service issues for complex, multi-country, or multi-regional accounts, liaise between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery to resolve customer inquiries and inspire changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes. You may also be responsible for project management of country, regional or multi-country projects and lead customer service projects requiring coordination with other functions.**Responsibilities**:- Provide quality customer service to internal and external clients.- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience (from order to cash).- Resolve customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts.- Act as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations.- Inspire changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes.- Identify and follow up on business opportunities.- Project management of country, regional or multi-country projects.- Lead customer service projects requiring coordination with other functions.- Solve a broad range of customer service-related problems of varying scope and complexity.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent 4+ years of proven experience.- High level of English language comprehension.- Strong customer service orientation and knowledge of logistics processes.- Proven record of working independently.- Proactive, focused, and with an eye for detail.- Process inquiries and track orders and post-processing items.- Lead confidential information and reports.- Teammate personality and effective interpersonal skills in teamwork, negotiation, and networking.Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
