You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.**We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR TRANSPORTATION ANALYST to be in Ciudad Juárez.****Purpose**:Coordinates in-bound transportation performance to ensure reliable and cost-efficient supply of local Affiliates DCs from Manufacturing Sites and Regional Hubs to ensure lean and cost efficient inbound transport operations in support of required service to the Customer.Analyzes end-to-end supply chain strategies and solutions that maximize transportation services flow and operational efficiencies, tailored to customer’s specific needs and requirements.Applies functional knowledge to comprehensive transportation procedures and associated key performance measures, objectives, and goals to ensure operational success.Conducts basic projects to help drive and enhance the company’s transportation and end-to-end supply chain competitive advantage through ongoing process, quality, and compliance checks and balances.Collects summarizations of supply chain transportation issues and concerns, based on data-driven analysis, to escalate and rapidly address critical issues.Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.This job is salaried.**You will be responsible for**:- Schedules, and routes inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments of freight.- Analyzes transportation planning opportunities to reduce transportation cost.- Verifies purchase order or bill information to enable freight charges to be paid and entered in the correct budgets.- Analyzes and calculates orders in system to enable orders to be released. Releases orders on a timely basis to adhere to customer shipping standards.- Interfaces with various groups including customers, sales offices, corporate, and plant production departments and monitors orders from start to finish to ensure on time delivery of products.- Coordinates with carriers and check freight bills. Prepares for carrier contract negotiations. Executes transportation service agreements and contracts including domestic freight, household goods move, imports and exports for all modes of transportation. Implements programs to audit and monitor carrier rates and charges.- Collects and accumulate data and statistics used in monthly reports and carrier performance reports.- Assist with monthly reports preparation.- Assists in distributing mail when required. Processes checks as received for claims and overpayments. Prepares claims negotiation_._- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures- Performs other duties assigned as needed- Budget management (preferred)- Interaction with suppliers (preferred)- Creation of provisions (preferred)**Qualifications / Requirements**:**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**- University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent- Generally, Requires 2-4 Years Work Experience- Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures- Experience using medical device equipment- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele base- Experience maintaining ledgers and other fiscal documents- Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and the public- Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures and in to comply civil rights requirements**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS**- Broad-based understanding of business operations and practices- Some operations and supply chain experience desired- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, a
