In this role, you will be interacting with IT directors, Managers, and Financial teams to ensure the correct record of projects and purchases.**How to Apply**:**What You’ll Be Doing**:- Track capital/operational expenses as well as maintenance and support renewals across the global team.- Ensure that purchase requests are accurate prior to submission for approval and that project costs are recorded properly.- Ensure invoices are reconciled against proper cost centers- Perform data analysis to facilitate business decision making and improvements- Prepare and provide business analysis reports & pricing trends to the Infrastructure teams to serve customer/supplier needs more efficiently- Create daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports displaying key metrics through data review and analysis.- May standardize part numbers and product family classification, cross-referenced among manufacturers- Participate in other ad hoc projects whenever necessary**What We Are Looking For**:- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles.- Familiar with Financial concepts (APEX, CAPEX, CER, PPR).- Advanced English skills.- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills**The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More**:- Experience/knowledge in making PowerPoint Presentations- Experience/knowledge with Power BI.**Work Arrangement**:Hybrid: 3 days in the office 2 days working from home.LI-FS1LI-Hybrid.**What's In It for You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
