At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizantWe have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Platform Owner****Responsibilities**:**Strategic Platform Management**Develop a robust strategy for the call center platform that serves the unique needs of Biolife and DD&T sectors.Maintain high standards of performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform.Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate new technologies and improve platform functionality.**Customer and Technical Support**Ensure superior customer service for Biolife Plasma and DD&T inquiries.Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and gather feedback to enhance platform performance.Serve as the main interface between end users and technical teams.**Regulatory Compliance and Security**Enforce compliance with healthcare and technology industry standards.Implement rigorous security protocols to protect data and ensure privacy.**Project and Innovation Leadership**Lead projects to expand and improve platform capabilities using innovative technological solutions.Manage the adoption of new technologies to advance service quality and operational efficiency.**Team Leadership**Direct and develop the platform team, emphasizing continuous improvement and skill enhancement.Manage resources and prioritize projects effectively to meet deadlines and budgetary guidelines.**Required Skills & Qualifications**- Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.- Deep expertise in Genesis systems and call center technologies.- Strong project management skills in Data, Digital & Technology environments.- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to healthcare and data security.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.**Required Certifications**- Genesys Cloud CX Certification- Genesys Multicloud CX Certification- Genesys PureConnect Technical CertificationWhy Cognizant?Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwideReceive ongoing support and funding with training and development plansHave a highly competitive benefits and salary packageGet the opportunity to work for leading global companiesWe are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environmentWe invest in people and their wellbeing.We create conditions for everyone to thrive.
