We are seeking an exceptional Senior Marketing Manager to lead Alexa's marketing efforts in Japan. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative team at the forefront of voice technology and artificial intelligence. Key job responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for Alexa in Japan, ensuring alignment with global initiatives while addressing local market needs.
  • Own the ideation and execution of campaigns that drive engagement with Alexa offer, focusing on the entire customer lifecycle, and across a variety of channels.
  • Inform Alexa customers about its benefits, encouraging frequent and joyful engagement over the long term.
  • Ensure marketing efforts reflect Japan's unique customer experience needs, cultural nuances, and linguistic expectations while leveraging global playbooks and tooling.
  • Develop and improve processes to scale our marketing operations, aiming at continuous improvement and measurability of impact.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Business level Japanese and English language fluency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
