Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Program Manager works in coordination with production planning, Customer Service Representatives as well in collaboration with Operations Managements to ensure Customer commitments on product demand. Responsabilities: Customer demand: 1. Coordinates production line capability according to customer needs, requires adjustments on operative resources. 1. 2. Coordinates customer forecast in ERP system according to demand. 3. Handle negotiations with customers, CSR and product line manager to adjust customer demand trough RCCP and S&OP reports. 4. Evaluates supply chain (supplier capabilities and customer demands). P&L 1. Provides support on DM cost reduction projects. 2. Provides supports on correct inventory administration. a) Excess and obsoletes. b) Projection and inventory releases to use every month. 3. Coordinates freight expenses analysis (import and export for raw material and finish goods). 4. Participates in DL requirements analysis for optimization. Follow up to plan and customers commitments 1. Presents revenue (weekly). 2. Coordinates communications between operations and sales (follow up to commitments) 3. Follow up to plan attainment. 4. Coordinates follow up to plan and commitments with Overdue reducing commitment. 5. Coordinates with buyer and production planner for shorts of materials report elaboration.Experiência y requisitos- 1. Profesional degree. 2. 2 years of experience in similar positions (Sr. Production planner/Buyer / Planning/buyer supervisor). 3. Fluent English. 4. Proficient use of Microsoft office. 5. Excellent communication skills. 6. Teamwork capabilities as well as leadership. 7.
