We need your skills, curiosity and drive for change to fulfill our goal.Your responsibilities:- Provides expediting support for purchased components and equipment including FLSmidth proprietary designs- Provide customer with updates based on info received from Production department obtaining progress and status information to ensure that all deliveries will be available to ship to their destinations in full, on time, and with the requested quality.- Facilitate the necessary documents and packing list information from shipping department to facilitate shipment.- Informs internal stakeholders of any pending delivery delays- Follow up on past due to open purchase orders to expedite shipment and identify sources of delay in these orders to define trends.- Maintains general oversight of expediting status information in the Procurement System.- Any other duties as assigned.Qualifications:- Previous expediting experience preferred with 2 to 4 years of experience.- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business preferred.
