Seize the opportunity to learn, create and deliver leading technology and services to the mining industry.FLS is looking for an Customer Service - Order Coordinator to be a part of our Order Execution team in Monterrey.Your responsibilities- Collaborate with customers, expediting and logistics to ensure on time delivery to our valued customers.- Prioritize, maintain, and place Sales Orders from received PO from our customers, also push requisitions to buyers, as well updates to several customer portals.- Maintain an open order log, tracking orders as they process through our ERP system.- Perform daily calls based on specifications and according to predefined procedures and processes to ensure delivery on time.- Build relationships with global colleagues and customers to create a fun and exciting environment that allows for growth within the organization.What you bring- Previous experience with order processing and execution- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders- English fluency- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a firm understanding of ERP.- Logistics knowledge is a plus.What we offer- An equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace- A global network of supportive colleagues and growth opportunities- Work-life balance so you can focus on professional and personal priorities- Competitive benefit package including life health insurance options (Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores y Menores).- Time to recharge through vacation days and holidays- Savings fund and Christmas allowance
