Responsibilities Floor support in machines troubleshooting, process defects and quality issues. Repair and maintain SMT equipment, participate in improvements. Perform machine assessment, follow good practices in equipment procurement. Required Experience And Skills Preventive and corrective SMT maintenance skills in automated equipment such as Fuji NXTIII(R), reflow ovens, screen printers, etc. Understanding of SMT process, printing, placement and reflow process. ESD concepts, tooling handling, safety rules and healthy policies. Desired Experience And Skills Perform calibrations and CPK’s. Oven profiling. Screen printer recipe creation. Electrical diagnostics. Diagram interpretation. Communication skills.
