Summary of the position Lead manufacturing team to work aligned to company strategy and continuous improvement mindset. Lead and support industrialization requirements for new launches and plant rearrangements. Promote Best Business Practices Implementation. Responsible to comprehended and conduct itself in accordance with the global and local procedures defined by the Quality Management System as well as Medical Standards and Customer Specific Requirement as needed. Support and accomplish the "NPD" New Product introduction. Lead and conduct optimization projects (A3, Kaizen, 6S, etc) to improve KPI's and Processes and support other areas in performance improvement processes. Define strategy to Implement and promote the Manufacturing Practices and Governing behaviours indicated in the assigned company Objectives. Requirements Education bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronic Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar MUST English conversational PROFICIENT 5 to 8 years of experience in Plastic Molding Manufacturing as Sr Supervisor or Superintendent Experience on Medical Industry, desire People management skills. Ability to read, analyse, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
