Account Manager – Animal Biosolutions Join us at Novonesis to apply your talents, knowledge, and dedication to better our world through biology. We are looking for a high‑performing Account Manager to drive growth of our Biosolutions portfolio. About The Team You’ll join a supportive commercial team that works closely together to solve customer challenges. We align on strategy to deliver value and grow together, collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure execution excellence from first contact to long‑term customer success. What You’ll Do Lead commercial strategies to grow sales, developing a strong sales pipeline and converting opportunities into profitable, long‑term partnerships. Manage account relationships to meet business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technical Services, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, etc.) to deliver a seamless customer experience, developing compelling proposals and presentations tailored to customers by leveraging our product value proposition. Represent Novonesis at customer visits, industry events, technical workshops, and more. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering, Agronomy or related field. Master’s degree (MBA) desirable. Fluent English. Previous experience in B2B sales or account management with key accounts, ideally in the animal or related industries (feed ingredients, meat processing, biotech). Strong consultative selling approach and proven ability to build long‑term customer partnerships. Ability to translate technical value into commercial outcomes. A team player eager to collaborate and share success. Comfortable in a hybrid work environment and willing to travel.
