Buscamos un **Customer Service Representative (CSR) especializado en transporte de carga pesada**, con experiência en gestión de rutas y solución de incidencias en tiempo real. **Preferentemente con licenciatura en Logística, Transporte o carrera afín.****Requisitos**:**Experiência mínima de 1 - 2 años** en transporte de carga pesada.Conocimiento en **rutas nacionales e internacionales, aduanas, permisos y normativas de transporte**.Habilidad para **resolver problemas en tiempo real y gestionar imprevistos**.Dominio de **Excel y herramientas digitales** para reportes y control de tráfico.**Comunicación efectiva con operadores, clientes y diversos departamentos**.**Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos o guardias** según operación.**Responsabilidades**:**Asignación y control de rutas** asegurando eficiencia en tiempos y costos.**Atención y resolución de incidencias** con operadores y clientes.**Validación de documentación** necesaria para cada viaje.**Optimización de procesos** en coordinación con el equipo de logística.**Competencias clave**:Pensamiento estratégico y toma de decisiones bajo presión.Organización y atención al detalle.Proactividad y enfoque en soluciones.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Turno matutino- Turno vespertinoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
