With its five lines of business (Supply Chain Optimization, Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Distribution & Express, and Road Transport), GEODIS manages its customer's Supply Chain by providing end-to-end solutions enabled by our people, our infrastructure, processes, and systems.We are looking for a Billing and Validation Specilaist to join our team SCO GDL located at Andares**Requirements**:- BA in Engineering or Finance- Advanced English- Advanced Excel- Negotiation and Communication Skills- 2 years + experience in billing and invoices- Strong customer serviceMain Tasks:- Validate services and invoicing information in the system- Process invoices once the information is validated- Use and keep updated databases- Resolve financial disputes with vendors- Follow up of issues and resolutions- Data analysis- Create detailed reports- Accomplish all KPI's established by the customersWhat we Offer:- Schedule Monday through Friday. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm- Hybrid model to look after your health- Negotiable salary based on experience- Above the Law Health Benefits- Food vouchers and Parking pension.
