This entails building standalone distinct capabilities to support the new organization - including Rewards & Benefits. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Rewards strategy and execution for a newly formed company for the Mexico and the Americas region. The incumbent will play a key role in keeping the Ice Cream business competitive, balancing cost and value of reward policies that attract and retain the best talent.This role requires a good understanding of reward & benefits and the ability to support the delivery of new innovations and interventions to support the business and the changing nature of work and employment. It also requires high levels of integrity in ensuring true equity and fairness in how we deploy our reward frameworks across countries.This role is part of the global Reward team and will support in the development and implementation of a ‘fit for purpose’ reward and performance management strategy and system for the company.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:**Reward**Support**for**Mexico and the Americas**- Provide support to the Regional Reward Lead to ensure reward solutions are aligned/integrated with the Global Reward strategy and other expertise solutions (in Talent, Employer Branding, Performance Management, People Experience etc).- Use performance management and reward tools for comparative analysis and data interpretation.- Support with the assessment and evaluation of the costs and benefits of reward packages.- Analyse market benchmarking information.**Reward Policies & Processes**- Support with changes to the structure of programmes.- Support in the deployment and implementation of reward policies and processes.- Support with the leveraging of innovative technology in solutions to deliver competitive advantage.**Executing Reward Processes**- Working within a team also comprising the Regional Reward Lead and a Benefits Coordinator, and with HR Business Partner teams across the region, supporting the consistent activation and delivery of Reward solutions across all geographies within the region.- Provide (as needed) reporting in all areas of Reward (e.g. to ensure compliance with local legislation, total reward costs, budget reports).- Support to ensure HR teams are equipped to deliver transparent performance and reward communication plans to groups and individuals by delivering communication tools for Reward policies, processes, and tools.- Provide up-to-date data on current total reward costs.**Reward Communication**s**- Support with the improvement of employee engagement within the organisation using effective Reward technology and communication platforms.- Support in the communication of the vision for change for Reward programmes.- Analyse data to measure progress against the planned business case for change.- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders - regional teams, country teams, HR teams, unions, and works councils as appropriate.**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES QUALIFICATIONS**:- ** Operational**Reward Expertise**: working knowledge of compensation and ben
