Once a path is chosen, be ready to disagree and commit to a direction.**Role overview**:As an **Enterprise**Account Executive** at CAST AI, you are an entrepreneurial enterprise sales professional experienced in selling cloud SaaS in the following or adjacent industries: Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Cost Control, Cloud Security, and DevOps tools. As we continue our rapid global expansion, we are looking for goals and people-oriented Account Executives to join the team and maximize the phenomenal market opportunity that exists for CAST AI.- Conducting Opportunity Assessments to pinpoint viable leads- Engaging in Value Discovery to align our solutions with client needs- Demonstrating the unique value of our offerings effectively- Ensuring Value Delivery through meticulous implementation and results measurement**Requirements**:- Proven experience in Opportunity Assessment, Value Discovery, Value Demonstration, and Value Delivery- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive- 2+ years of experience working with MEDDIC- Ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals to address those needs- Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing, with a commitment to long-term customer satisfaction- Outbound Obsession- Experience with Kubernetes, sales lifecycle, and Cloud space is a significant plus**What's in it for you?**:- Join a fast-growing, cutting-edge company that’s redefining cloud-native automation and optimization.- Work with a global team of cloud experts and innovators, passionate about pushing the boundaries of Kubernetes technology.- Enjoy a flexible, remote-first work environment with opportunities to travel and engage with customers worldwide.- Competitive compensation package, equity options, and extensive benefits.
