Summary of Responsibilities:Social Media & Employer Branding:- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies across social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with our global brand.- Create and curate content that highlights our company culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities.- Monitor and report on social media engagement metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance our online presence.Team Support:- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and talent acquisition best practices to inform strategic decision-making.- Assist in organizing and executing virtual and in-person recruitment events, including career fairs, webinars, and campus outreach programs.- Support organizing policy, procedure, job description and reporting information.Qualifications (Minimum Required)- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or a related field.- Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.Physical Demands / Work Environment- At-home work environmentLI-REMOTELearn more about our EEO & Accommodations request here.
