You light the way.We’re looking for a **Procurement Intern** to join our **Mechanical & Outsourcing Commodity team** in **Monterrey Apodaca Plant**. As a **Procurement Intern** you’ll be responsible for **Supporting the procurement team, drive improvements while learning about different roles in the procurement organization****More about the role**- ** ERFQs/ Benchmarking Current supplier data base**- **Negotiation with suppliers on Lead time & MOQs**- ** Follow up with saving projects**- ** Participate in different programs such as should cost to guarantee most efficient cost models in the industry**- ** Support New Product introduction launches and business case creation while comparing different supply chain models****More about you**:- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s in supply chain management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (**6th-7th semester)** Able to complete required hours of internship.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with innovation & creativity- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)- SAP knowledge is a plus**Everything we’ll do for you**You can grow a lasting career here.
