We believe we are in a unique position to serve our customers with exceptional value due to our deep understanding and insights about our customers, supported by our data-grounded analytics and customer-focused approach to building products.The position is based in Mexico City.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree- 5+ years of program or project management experience- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Fast learner: Ability to learn Amazon’s internal tools rapidly with limited supervisionPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Ownership & tenacity: Strong bias for action and ability to define requirements and execute despite resource constraints. Strong proficiency in business intelligence platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools is essential, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and business recommendation
