They will partner with the Store Manager and Associate Store Manager to perform with high integrity in Operations, Loss Prevention compliance, Human Resources management, as well as in Visual merchandising presentation. He/she will be a dynamic and inspiring leader who have a strong background and desire in relationship building skills, with both external clients and internal partners.The Team Manager will represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador by promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within the market place.- **How you will contribute**_Ensure the achievement of business goals and strategic projects for the assigned department, keeping in constant connection with Corporate functionsSupport the Store Manager in recruiting the sales staff and identifying training needsProvide the sales staff with specific training and coaching (sales technique, product know how and customer management) Ensure the development of motivation, sense of belonging and business involvementAssist the sales staff in customer relationship managementGuarantee that Visual Merchandising standards are upheld according to Gucci policiesEnsure appropriate department resources coverage and supervise logistics and stock managementEnsure the maintenance of inventory accuracy, in line with Corporate policies and procedures- **Who you are?**_- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service related industry.- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work at all levels of the company- Driving business success computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)- Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus.- Excellent communication skills and ability to regularly interact with internal and external personnel at all levels.- **Why work with us?**_This is an ideal opportunity to join the Gucci adventure and become part of a thriving Store team that offers possibilities to learn and grow.
