Oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to enhance workforce capability, productivity, and compliance. Acts as a strategic partner to management, providing insights and recommendations for talent development and operational efficiency.-- A Day In The Life-- Supervise and guide HR team members in executing training initiatives.- Approve and monitor training budgets and vendor contracts.- Lead audits and ensure compliance with ISO and STPS standards.- Present training effectiveness reports and improvement plans to senior leadership.- Drive organizational development projects such as succession planning and leadership programs.- What will help you thrive in this role?-- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.- Strong people management and coaching skills.- Advanced knowledge of HR systems (TRESS, SAP) and e-learning platforms.- Expertise in budget management and strategic planning.- High proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI desirable).** Hubbell Incorporated**Hubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet.
