**We are in search of a Customer Service Specialist to join our vibrant team**You will be the heartbeat of our customer service efforts, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, empathy, and a commitment to excellence. Every interaction with our customers is an opportunity to forge lasting connections, serve our community with professionalism, and offer solutions tailored to their immediate needs.**IMPORTANT****If you are interested in this role, you MUST send a resume in English to be considered for this position.**- *Schedule Monday to Friday 8 to 5 pm_.***Responsibilities**:- Maintain accurate records of all communication in our database in a comprehensible way.- Tackle challenges by understanding and resolving problems; passionately exploring diverse solutions; and escalating unresolved matters.- Demonstrating a positive attitude while engaging in a fun and challenging work environment.- Maintains outstanding quality assurance results plus working knowledge of compliance guidelines.**Education/skills**:- Fluent in English both written and verbal communication skills.- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.**Experience**:- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.**Skills**:- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and call control.- Strong MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and typing skills required.- Strong Customer Service skills.- Open minded; able to set aside personal feelings.**Benefits**:- Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm (No Weekends.
