El Analista de Cumplimiento Comercial es responsable de asegurar que las operaciones de importación y exportación de la empresa cumplan con las regulaciones comerciales internacionales y nacionales. Sus funciones incluyen revisar documentación, garantizar el correcto cumplimiento de normas aduaneras, gestionar permisos y licencias, así como identificar riesgos y oportunidades relacionados con el comercio internacional. Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de logística, legal y finanzas para asegurar que las actividades comerciales se realicen de manera eficiente y en conformidad con las leyes.

Prepara la documentación necesaria para el proceso de importación o exportación de materia prima, herramientas, maquinaria y equipo, producto terminado, etc. Responsable de la realización de los trámites ante las diferentes aduanas y dependencias gubernamentales para el proceso de operaciones de importación y/o exportación, temporales y/o definitivas.

  • Preparar la documentación necesaria para el proceso de importación/exportación de materia prima, herramienta, producto terminado, mobiliario, equipo, rechazos de cliente, material obsoleto de la planta asignada al cliente o proveedor y viceversa.
  • Responsable de coadyuvar en las auditorías externas o internas en el departamento de Comercio Exterior, ya sean las que provengan por parte de las autoridades o de consultores externos.
  • Responsable del procesamiento de los datos y de la integridad de los registros de comercio exterior, tanto físicos como electrónicos, utilizados como medios probatorios ante las autoridades aduaneras.
  • Responsable de minimizar los inventarios de materia prima con rezago en bodega.
  • Recopila la información para los diferentes reportes o encuestas por dependencias de gobierno, tales como INEGI, SAT, SUBMAQUILA, etc.
  • Elaboración de facturas y/o pedimentos virtuales (movimientos en territorio nacional).
  • Elaboración de los pedimentos para la disposición aduanera de desperdicios.
  • Alimentación del sistema de aduanas.
  • Auditoría en la información de las facturas tanto en importaciones como exportaciones y pedimentos para preservar la integridad de la información.
  • Asegurarse de la aplicación de los tratados y programas de preferencia arancelaria para la exención de impuestos y generar ahorros.
  • Realiza el cierre de pedimentos consolidados.
  • Responsable de la identificación y control de activos fijos desde su importación hasta su disposición y/o retorno.
  • Control de relación de entradas a la aduana en EUA.
  • Mantiene el control y archivo de pedimentos y facturas así como los sellos de seguridad.

El candidato ideal posee estas habilidades:

  • Experiencia de un año en área de embarques (deseable).
  • Inglés básico escrito como mínimo.
  • Posee habilidades de comunicación efectiva (oral y escrita).
  • Conocimiento de área de embarques (relación proveedor - cliente).

Otras competencias:

  • Manejo de Excel y Word (preferentemente).
  • Fuerte presencia ética y profesional.
  • Experiencia en habilidades de negociación con proveedores.

Conocimiento especializado:

  • Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional (deseable) o carrera trunca.
  • 3-5 años de experiencia en el área de importación y exportación (deseable).
  • Conocimiento en la legislación aduanera.
  • Conocimientos en software aduaneros.
  • Conocimientos en MS Office/Excel.
