La labor incluye brindar soporte en las altas, modificaciones y bajas de acceso en plataformas clave como SAP, Promax y Power BI.Además, de construir y mantener pashings para los equipos de cadena de suministro, administrar clientes en SAP, actualizar reportes en Promax y actualizar reporte de seguimiento a la venta. También contribuye a la actualización de catálogos de condiciones comerciales y genera reportes precisos y oportunos para el equipo de ventas. Mantenimiento a catalogo de productos y clientes así como el mantenimiento de la herramienta MobexIn this role, you will:- Reportes de avance de ventas, phasing para plan de producción, actualización de reportes de Promax y actualización reportes de trade spending- Actualización de catálogos de condiciones comerciales, actualización de catálogos de clientes y productos y mantenimiento a Mobex.- Proceso de cierre mensual de ventas, corte de caja y administración del mejor estimado de venta. Desagregación de pronósticos financieros, S&OP a nível cliente-sku-periodo- Elaboración de tickets MDO para temas de modificaciones de Clientes, altas de usuarios PromaxLI-HybridWhat we look for:- 3 años de experiência- Excel Avanzado (Power Query, Power Pivot)- Experiência en Power BI- Nível de inglés intermedio - avanzado- Conocimiento de SAPSoft skills- Comunicación acertiva- Trabajo en equipo- Liderazgo- ProactivoWorkplace type:Hybrid - 3 times per weekWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
