Alcance del trabajoUn Camarista ||Room Attendant fiable y amable proporcionará un excelente servicio al cliente a nuestros huéspedes. Sus funciones incluirán garantizar que las habitaciones asignadas estén completamente abastecidas, limpias y atendidas con un alto nível de calidad. También deberá ser capaz de resolver las quejas y consultas de los huéspedes con rapidez y amabilidad.Para tener éxito como Camarista ||Room Attendant, debes ser totalmente honesto, organizado, fiable y tener un conocimiento detallado y cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de limpieza, y ser un apasionado de la creación de espacios ordenados con una gran actitud de "sí se puede".**Responsabilidades**:- Garantizar la limpieza de los huéspedes, limpieza profunda de las habitaciones a diario, garantizar que toda la ropa de cama se cambie a diario.- Retirada de toda la ropa de cama y basura de la habitación.- Limpieza de baños y desinfección.- Reposición de todos los artículos de aseo usados después de la salida de cada huésped.- Preparación la cama y la ropa de cama, asegúrese de que no tiene manchas ni rasgaduras.- Notificación de cualquier defecto en una habitación y/o en todo el hotel.- Aspirar todas las habitaciones- Barrer y tallar a diario.- Comprensión y conocimiento de los servicios de la casa.- Asistir a los huéspedes cuando sea necesario.- Realiza otras tareas asignadas por el supervisor o Gerente.- Las responsabilidades descritas son enunciativas más no limitativas.Experiência necesaria- Experiência previa en hoteles de lujo.- Habilidades básicas de comunicación verbal.- Horario flexible.- Capacidad para comprender y seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales.- Orientado al detalle.- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.- Asistencia regular y fiable
