**Vacante para la empresa Workbox en Querétaro, Querétaro**:**Field Sales Representative (FSR)**:** Location**: CDMX or Querétaro (Remote-based)**Type**: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.**Salary Range**: $30,000 - $40,000 MXN gross/month + commissions**About the Company**:With over 36 years of experience, we are a recognized leader in the electronic components and semiconductors industry. We exclusively represent world-class manufacturers and are known for delivering high-quality products and technical support across Mexico’s major industrial regions.**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Promote and sell electronic components and semiconductor solutions- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients- Handle direct sales to OEMs and contract manufacturers (CMs)- Travel within the region: CDMX, Querétaro, Estado de México, Puebla, Guanajuato, and Tlaxcala- Provide technical sales support and guidance to clients- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field- English proficiency (90% or higher)- At least 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in electronics)- Passionate about technical sales and customer engagement- High integrity, reliable, and responsible- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively- Must own a car and be open to frequent regional travel**What We Offer**:- Competitive base salary- Performance-based commissions plan- Full legal benefits- Home office setup- Professional growth and development plan- Support with car-related expenses- Salary reviews based on performance**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Comercial / Ventas**Industria**:Semiconductores
