Personas como tú**Facility Management(Quality and control)**Puesto ID: Tipo de trabajo: Tiempo completo, Locación: TepicCódigo FES (Nível HRL): Y-06-13**Objetivo del Puesto.**Dar soporte al cumplimiento, control y verificación la información referente al desarrollo de actividades del sistema de administración y calidad de mantenimiento de edificios basados en los planes, procedimientos, códigos y otras técnicas aplicables de la compañía; así como, el recurso económico del sitio destinado para la ejecución de las actividades del departamento a fin de cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.**Actividades principales**- Controlar y verificar la información del desarrollo de los sistemas de calidad internos del departamento cumpliendo los lineamientos y estándares que se indican es las normativas ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001 y OHSAS 18001.- Participar en el monitoreo del cumplimiento de las políticas y estándares del departamento en sus diferentes actividades.- Participar en colaboración con su supervisor en el proceso de auditoria hacia el departamento (internas y externas) e implementar las medidas resultantes con el equipo- Controlar la información de presupuestos, facturaciones y compras del departamento.- Facilitar y controlar la información de reportes de indicadores de cumplimiento del departamento.- Proporcionar y consolidar la información sobre el manejo de los activos fijos, materiales y refacciones del departamento- Participar en las actividades para el uso eficiente de los servicios.- Controlar y verificar desde un sistema las instrucciones de trabajo, estándares y procedimientos para las actividades de mantenimiento y limpieza.- Desarrollar y entregar informes de campo a tiempo al supervisor- Fomentar y participar en 5's**Requisitos del puesto**Conocimiento especializado:Área / Especialidad: Título Universitario**Observaciones importantes para solicitar Posteo Interno**Fecha limite para entregar el posteo: 5 días hábiles después de la publicación.Para postear es necesario presentar el Formato de Posteo Interno debidamente llenado y firmado directamente al reclutador responsable, y además deberás ingresar a tu sesión en Success Factors, buscar la vacante y aplicar directamente en el sistema.
