Come, join us on this journey****British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Coach in Monterrey****Your key responsibilities will include**:- Analyze work processes and behaviors to improve them based on business objectives.- Developing process enhancement strategies and stay up to date on global best practices.- Establish standards based on the continuous improvement methodology to achieve the company's objectives.- Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.- Communicating ideas, plans, and strategies to other members of management.- Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.- Managing staff and teams of various sizes.**What are we looking for?**- 2+ years of experience working in productive areas.- Desirable intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background- Process analysis and problem-solving skills.- Ability to prioritize, critical thinking.- Change management.- Strong leadership skills and effective communication: _Experience in student groups or others, where they have shown these skills._- Studies: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Business Management Engineer- Proficient level of MS Office Applications: Excel,- Desired: PowerApps, PowerBI.- Advanced English: written and speaking.- Qualifications: Preferred experience in Lean Manufacturing.**What we offer you?**- Your journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
