Creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams of the organization will help you to enable overall process alignment.Understand through execution, improvement projects to led in order to make easier mechanism to track metric deviation to achieve expected target.**Overall activities include**:**On this role the main activities will be**:- Support UTR Technology launches for Delivery Stations, Service Partners and XPTs.- Maintain SOP, START and standard processes materials updated according to the current standards- Analyze main metrics in weekly basis to develop improvement projects to maintain and achieve business goals- Lead weekly audits to verify accuracy to current processes by Ops Team, including processes established by support areas.- Support to Ops Team on weekly analysis oriented to detect deviation to the standard processes.- Offer ACES perspective to optimize packages flow and reduce wasting time, improving work flow.AmazonMexicoMonterrey, NLE, MEX- Completed Bachelors degree in Engineering, Administration or similar with continuous improvement methodology knowledge.- Advanced English.- Experience leading multidisciplinary groups- Green belt certification (optional)- Engage multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment- Support project improvement events to achieve business goals with short and long term results.- Offer feedback effectively related to Standard Process adherence- Deliver training solutions, if necessary for deploy projects and increase adoption- Analize metrics and identify deviations creating clear improvement plans
