Supervisor I Quality Assurance

As a Quality Systems Coordinator you will, ensure development and improvement of PPG Quality System according actual requirements ISO 9001:2015, IATF16949:2016, VDA and AS9100 Norms accomplishment which allows business growing for the different SBU’s through obtaining and maintain required certifications for different locations, supply chain centers, laboratories and plants.You will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.**Key Responsibilities**- Responsible of Customer’s Supplier portals administration ensuring on time response according with customer’s requirements.- Maintain tracking and communication of internal PPG’s suppliers score.- Be the leader for Quality systems with customers and team members.- Maintain Quality Systems through Quality Culture and process standardization.- Ensure internal auditors team development, training and certification.- Maintain and control documentation according to actual Quality System and Process projects ensuring information retention, Management of changes, version control and information administration.- Develop, Management and follow up of internal audits program based in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and AS9100 Norms.- Responsible for 2nd and 3rd part audits process and accomplishments, with the objective of maintain actual certifications- Create no conformities or observations actions to ensure implementations to avoid re-incidences.APQP activities planning participation ensure actual accomplishment according customer requirements.- Accomplish activities to increase continuous improvement, process and Goals, collaborate with process and areas accomplishments and results.- Determine data-driven solutions and implement quality improvement plans.Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.- Perform statistical analysis and data analysis.- Definition and monitoring of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR), requirements matrix and validation of compliance with specific requirements.**Qualifications**- Licenciatura en Engineering- Minimum 2 years in Quality System activities for Automotive Industry (ISO & IATF)- Fluent English.- Availability for travel- Technical Knowledge: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO/IEC 17025, VDA- Internal Auditor- Core Tools**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
