**What you will do?**:**Develop production plans to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency.**:**How you will do it?**:- ** Proactively seek out opportunities to reduce cost and increase machine uptime.**:- ** Work hand in hand with operations to increase throughput.**:- ** Daily, weekly, monthly, review of existing and future production planning. Review monthly sales forecast projections.**:- ** Maintain master production planning data to best utilize our planning system. Ensure that schedules support daily on time shipping performance.**:- ** Ensure production schedules are meeting both our manufacturing and customer service requirements to properly communicate availability dates. Monitor plant finished goods inventory levels.**:- ** Manage production capacity constraints and alert necessary team members to issues.**:- ** Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter.**:- ** Participate in EHS activities (subcommittees, emergency brigades, inspections, audits, campaigns, training, etc) as required.**:- ** Comply with the roles and responsibilities matrix as applicable. Ensure applicable activities that help achieve EHS goals and metrics.**:- ** Participate in EHS observations program.**:- ** Ensure EHS goals and metrics are established in GPAS for all employees.**:**REQUIREMENTS**:- ** University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.**:- ** SAP.**:- ** Bilingual. (English/Spanish).**:- ** 3 Years minimum experience.**:- ** Ability to manage complex internal and external relationships requiring diplomacy, negotiating, and analytical skills.**:- ** Ability to develop and motivate direct reports.**:- ** This position requires a quality-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details.**:- ** Willingness and ability to work on both individual and team projects is required.**:
