Autel Robotics is a high-growth startup with a focus on providing UAV Solutions for the commercial and enterprise markets.In this role, the Sales Admin will work with the Sales, Warehouse, and Marketing team to provide a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process and to provide sales support to customers.**Responsibilities**:- Enter sales orders for dealer partners- Verify order information generated from EDI- New dealer processing- Assist with communications to dealers on upcoming releases, changes, promotions, new assets- Communicate shipping/tracking information to dealer partners when necessary- Coordinate with shipping teams on new orders and special instructions- Assist sales team in general administrative functions- Manage sales team folders- Maintain sales records, customer records, and product information.- Organize product sales sheets, pricing sheets, etc.- Produce monthly sales reports- Assist in Finance team as neededQualifications:- Must be fluent in Mandarin- 2-3 years of experience as an Sales Admin or Marketing Admin- BS in Business or equivalent experience- Self-starter- Self-motivated- Experience with working with and supporting multiple teams- Experience with CRM programs a plus职位类型:全职薪资: $18,000.00至$30,000.00(每月 )教育背景:- Bachelor's (首选)工作语言:- Chinese (首选)
