This individual would be responsible for building, improving and maintaining Salesforce technology for internal business partners in the Distribution area which includes Alternative Investments, Private Wealth, Intermediary and Institutional Sales, Service and Marketing functions.**Job Description**:- Full stack development of Salesforce solutions- Working knowledge in SDLC process, Agile Scrum Methodology, version control software.- Collaborate with product managers and business partners to refine requirements.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (inbound and outbound)- Experience working in complex Salesforce environments with deep understanding of best practices and governor limits- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling and ETL tools preferably Informatica- Must own solutions through all phases of the SDLC including post-production deployment**Primary Skills**:- Salesforce development with Apex language: Apex Controllers, Apex Triggers, Apex Batch, Apex Schedule, Future methods).- Development with Salesforce UI Development tools: Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Aura Components, Visualforce.- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems: Inbound/Outbound integrations, consuming REST/SOAP APIs, Apex REST, Salesforce Standard REST API, Connected Apps.- Experience on Salesforce Users and Security configurations: Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Object and Field level security.- Experience with AppExchange partner packages (i.e. CirrusInsight, Demand Tools)- Strong UI/UX skills- Proficient with SOQL and SOSL- Understanding of SQL Queries, Data Analysis and Structure**Secondary skills**:- Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming preferably C#/.NET- Be proficient in SQL Server to execute queries and run reports.- Experience with Git/Github/Azure DevOps repos- Familiar with Scrum and Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)- Programming experience in C#- Functional knowledge of Asset Management business and preferably Private Wealth- Experience in Salesforce financial services cloud is a plus
