Are you looking for a Work from Home opportunity? Do you have previous experience with the roofing or construction industry? Do you have experience dealing with Insurance adjusters?We're looking for you Work for a dynamic, growing construction company in the USWe're looking for a full-time Construction Estimator/Insurance Company liaison to assist us with creating roofing and restoration estimates and following up and negotiating with Insurance Companies.**Your responsibilities**:- You will create roofing estimates using Xactimate, the industry-standard software.- You will submit the estimates to Insurance Companies, and follow up and negotiate with claim agents to make sure the estimate is approved.**Desired skills/experience**:- Excellent English level - C1 or Higher (native speaker level is a great plus)- You have previous experience negotiating claims with Insurance Companies (strongly desired)- You have knowledge of Construction processes (degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is a big plus)- You have good computer skills, with a functional knowledge of Excel, Office, CRM dialing software, and are willing to learn new processes and tools.- You must be self-motivated, energetic, proactive and highly responsible person.- You have a fast and reliable internet connection, your own computer and headset.**The benefits**:- Base Salary: 3,500 MXN a week. + Attractive commission structure.- Work from home: no commute and no dress code.- You will work in close contact with management and the company owners.- Excellent work environment, a positive and supporting team always willing to help- No micromanagement: we care about the work getting done.- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (1-hour lunch), and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM.**The Company**REHAB Construction is a fully licensed and insured roofing company with offices and operations in North Carolina and Missouri.We have A+ ratings with the BBB and stellar reviews from our customers.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $3,250.00 per weekCOVID-19 considerations:Permanent Home OfficeApplication Question(s):- What experience relevant to this position you have?
