About the opportunity
Dayforce is seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) Cybersecurity Engineers to join our global Cybersecurity organization in Mexico. These engineering roles are key in delivering foundational capabilities such as implementing cloud security including both public cloud and private cloud business SaaS applications, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Risk & Compliance programs .These roles will work in close partnership with Cybersecurity Architects, Technology, and P&T (Product & Technology) teams and interface across all business areas.
What you’ll get to do
• Engineer highly complex and scalable cloud security capabilities such as Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM), Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), etc.
• Implement technical controls, checks, and operational processes to support cloud security standards
• Implement cloud security strategy, standards, procedures, best practices, and SecDevOps
• Lead engineering efforts in support of standardizing and consolidating cloud security solutions in support of mergers and acquisitions, integration activities, strategic project objectives
• Actively participate in POCs/POVs of new product and services and validate vendor tooling meeting requirements and use cases
• Work with Governance and Architecture teams to implement checks to ensure compliance with cloud security standards and best practices (e.g. ISO 27001, CIS, NIST 800-171)
• Integrate cloud security tools with various ticketing systems (DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira Cloud)
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging trends in cloud technologies and threats
• Resolve technical issues with cloud security technologies by performing diagnosis and root cause analysis for moderately complex issues (Tier 3 support)
• Respond in a timely manner to all compliance audit requests as needed
Skills and experience we value
For Cloud Security Engineers:
• 3+ years of hands-on cloud security experience with Azure & AWS
• Demonstrated solution delivery incorporating cloud security standards and emerging cloud technologies to engineer and automate where feasible cloud security solutions
• Experience communicating with cloud service API for automation
• Working knowledge of ticketing tools such as Jira, ADO, ServiceNow
• Working knowledge of related security technologies including SIEM, CASB, DLP, etc.
• Certifications such as CISSP, Cloud Security (CCSP, CCSK, AZ-305, AZ-500) are highly desirable
• Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
For IAM Engineers:
• 5 - 7+ years engineering experience with development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Governance and Administration tools (Saviynt, SailPoint, One Identity etc.)
• Strong Experience with common connectors including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC,SCIM, exchange, web service connector and authoritative source integration (such as SAP and Workday)

Dayforce está buscando Ingenieros de Ciberseguridad bilingües (español/inglés) para que se unan a nuestra organización global de Ciberseguridad en México. Estos roles de ingeniería son cruciales para proporcionar capacidades fundamentales como implementación de seguridad de nube que incluye aplicaciones SaaS comerciales tanto en nube pública como privada, Administración y Gobernanza de Identidades (IGA), Gestión de Acceso (AM), Gestión de Acceso Privilegiado (PAM) y programas de Riesgo y Cumplimiento. Estos roles colaborarán estrechamente con Arquitectos de Ciberseguridad, equipos de Tecnología y P&T (Producto y Tecnología) e interactuarán con todas las áreas empresariales.
Lo que tendrás que hacer
• Diseñar capacidades altamente complejas y escalables de seguridad de nube como Gestión de la Postura de Seguridad en la Nube (CSPM), Gestión de la Postura de Seguridad en SaaS (SSPM), Gestión de Postura de Seguridad de Datos (DSPM), etc.
• Implementar controles técnicos, verificaciones y procesos operativos para respaldar estándares de seguridad de nube
• Implementar estrategias, estándares, procedimientos, mejores prácticas y SecDevOps de seguridad en la nube
• Encabezar esfuerzos de ingeniería a favor de la estandarización y consolidación de soluciones de seguridad en la nube para respaldar fusiones y adquisiciones, actividades de integración, objetivos de proyectos estratégicos
• Participación activa en pruebas de valor y pruebas de concepto (POC/POV) de nuevos productos y servicios y validar que las herramientas de proveedores satisfagan los requisitos y casos de uso.
• Trabajar con equipos de Gobernanza y Arquitectura para implementar verificaciones destinadas a garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad de la nube y mejores prácticas (p. ej., ISO 27001, CIS, NIST 800-171)
• Integrar herramientas de seguridad en la nube con distintos sistemas de tickets (DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira Cloud)
• Mantener conocimiento de tendencias actuales y emergentes en amenazas y tecnologías de nube
• Resolver problemas técnicos con tecnologías de seguridad de la nube al realizar diagnósticos y análisis de causa raíz en problemas de complejidad moderada (Soporte de nivel 3)
• Responder de manera veloz a todas las solicitudes de auditorías de cumplimiento que resulten necesarias
Habilidades y experiencia que valoramos
Para ingenieros de seguridad en la nube:
• 3+ años de experiencia práctica de seguridad en la nube con Azure & AWS
• Entrega probada de soluciones que incorporen estándares de seguridad en la nube y tecnologías de nube emergentes para diseñar y automatizar soluciones de seguridad en la nube cuando sea posible
• Experiencia comunicándose con API de servicios de nube para automatización
• Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de tickets como Jira, ADO, ServiceNow
• Conocimiento práctico de tecnologías de seguridad relacionadas, lo que incluye SIEM, CASB, DLP, etc.
• Certificaciones como CISSP, de Seguridad de nube (CCSP, CCSK, AZ-305, AZ-500) son altamente deseables
• Capacidad de priorizar cargas laborales y cumplir fechas límite constantemente en un entorno dinámico
Para ingenieros IAM:
