At Koltin, we are looking for an experienced IT Analyst who can help lay the foundations of our IT infrastructure. You'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team, and you won't be alone in this journey. You'll have the full support of our IT leadership and third-party providers to help you succeed. If you're passionate about automation and enjoy working in dynamic environments, we'd love to meet you**Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain our IT platform, focusing on automating processes rather than manual machine setup.- Implement and manage identity management systems (e.g., Okta, Azure Active Directory).- Set up and maintain mobile device management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Jamf, MobileIron) to support a diverse range of devices, maybe with third-party vendors to manage a diverse park (e.g. Growrk).- Design and implement basic security measures, including VPNs, antivirus solutions, and other basic protections.- Implement measures derived from getting compliant with standards like ISO 27001, SOC, PCI, etc.- Basic policies and guides for a more secure "Bring Your Own Device environment".- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide IT support and deliver technical solutions across the organization.- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues as needed.- Continuously explore new technologies and innovations to improve IT operations.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role.- Strong understanding of IT management best practices.- Experience with identity management systems and MDM solutions.- Familiarity with basic security measures like VPNs, antivirus solutions, and BYOD security practices.- Ability to manage a diverse park of devices using third-party solutions.- Strong automation mindset—prefer automating workflows over manual setup processes.- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Location: Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City- **Nice to have**:_ Basic knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC, PCI, etc.).**Benefits**:- Access for your professional growth such as workshops, books, and courses.- Virtual Medical assistance with doctors, nutritionists, and psychologists.- Physical tools access (Total Pass)- 9 personal days per year- Major Medical Expenses Insurance- Equipment to fulfill your day-to-day job- $500 pesos monthly support for home office expenses- Hybrid work**About us**We are the first dedicated health insurance company for older Mexicans, providing access to private health insurance and personalized healthy aging support for people over 60 - the fastest-growing age segment in the country.If you're ready to drive growth, shape product strategy, and make a meaningful impact in the insurtech space, we want to hear from you**Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Descuento de gimnasio- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 06700, Ciudad de México, CDMXFecha de inicio prevista: 09/12/2024
