**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Networking Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).- Managing and troubleshooting enterprise network LAN and WAN infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.- Perform daily operations of Network Incidents and Requests assigned to Network Group.- Participate in Network Projects and lead project activities.- Perform Network Changes related to Network Maintenance and Projects in the change windows.- Work closely with customer leaders, other Technology towers and meet their Network infrastructure related requirements.- Work with ISPs to resolve issues related to WAN and Internet circuits.- Identify and contribute to projects to improve product support, customer satisfaction and team efficiency.- Participate in 24x7 operations shifts, after-hours remote support rosters, including working on weekend on calls in rotation.- 8+yrs experience working as Sr.Network Engineer in Arista, Extreme & Cisco-Routing & Switching technologies.- 3+yrs demonstrated experience with Arista CloudVision and Arista Leaf & Spine Software Defined Networking enviroment.- 3+yrs demonstrated experience with managing F5 Load Balancer- 1-3 yrs of experience or good understanding of Firewalls (e.g. Fortigate, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint.)- 1-3 yrs or basic understanding of Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)- 1-3 yrs or basic knowledge of LinuxLI-LATAM**About NTT DATA Services****_NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
