Work on the basis of a predefined sales plan.As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:- Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.- Managing order processing with planners and delivery dates.- Requesting local billing.- Handing standardized products with pre-defined options.- Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set;- Handling targeted clients;- Discussing sales approach with manager;**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma).- Be experienced with Microsoft Office- Be fluent in Spanish and English- Have local taxes knowledge (desired)- Have experience in Power BI (desired)- Demonstrate SAP Knowledge (desired)- Have oral and written communication skills.- Have interpersonal and leadership skills- Be able to work independently.
