Try working from another office or even the beaches of Bali and expand your worldview, then bring that experience back to the team.**The Opportunity**We’re looking for a Managing Director to expand our services in Mexico City. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the strategic growth of the business by managing revenue streams, boosting team productivity and output, and building scalable infrastructure across all areas of the organization. If you have experience in advertising agencies, coupled with expertise in animation and motion graphics, you’re exactly the type of leader we’re looking for.**What You’ll Be Doing**:- Develop and nurture strong, strategic client partnerships.- Lead business development efforts and grow key accounts.- Build infrastructure within the team to support sustainable, long-term client relationships.- Ensure regular client face time, manage the pipeline, and oversee deliverables.- Be accountable for regional revenue and overall profitability.- Champion talent development and support the growth of our people as a key executive leader.- Collaborate with department heads and the talent team to create growth opportunities and develop hiring strategies.- Help define and execute the company’s strategic goals at an executive level.- Manage organizational changes and foster adaptability within the team.- Inspire and motivate a growing team by articulating our vision and values.**What You'll Bring**:- Passionate, compassionate, and hands-on, you’re not afraid to dive in where needed.- A collaborative leader who brings out the best in team members at all levels.- Consistently driven to achieve excellence.- A proactive problem-solver who identifies risks and builds solutions before issues arise.- Experienced in both account management and production, with a strong understanding of the 4 key services (design, development, strategy, and content).- Comfortable working with executive-level clients, delivering high-impact solutions.- Experience in an advertising agency is required, along with a strong understanding of animation and motion graphics.**Equal Opportunity**Here at Thinkingbox, we are committed to building an environment where our employees continuously feel included, valued and heard.
