Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation- Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo: _**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**The Digital Services DevSecOps role will partner with IT, D&A, 3rd party providers and others to build a platform to support reporting against pep+ sustainability goals. This role will be accountable for understanding critical data to support the reporting platform, and drive decisions on usage and functional design.- Partner with with business sponsors and technical teams for product delivery- Define, analyze, vet new business requirements against our solution and recommend IT solutions that are consistent with our business processes and global standards- Drive the Agile delivery of product solution and delivery- Drive PLM deliverables with on-time delivery of stage date and deliverable documents- Ensure appropriate collaboration/handover of work items between onshore, near shore, and offshore resources- Drive functional technical and data designs to meet project requirements.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Management, or related field- 10 + years of experience in Information Technology or Business Relationship Management with increasing levels of accountability- 10 + years of experience in MDM and ETL build and technology delivery- 3+ years experience in Agile product delivery- 2+ years working with Sustainability, R&D, HR, Finance, Procurement, and/or other related business functions- Teradata and SQL experience a plus- Material / Product Knowledge a plus- Sales analytics knowledge a plu- Familiarity with dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau.Mandatory non-technical skills:- Must be a strong team player with effective teamwork skills- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences- Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with senior business and IT leadership/management- Ability to work with virtual teams (remote work locations)- In-depth understanding of Pepsi Co products, services, business processes and business function directly related to the Sustainability functional area.- Ability to multi-task, manage competing work priorities, and meet commitments; proactively adjust work assignments and schedule to meet changing team priorities.**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
