About the Roles We're hiring talented engineers who are passionate about solving complex problems, mentoring others, and building innovative software solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine software requirements. Design and develop system components and data models. Resolve technical issues and contribute to code reviews. Translate product needs into scalable software solutions. Mentor junior developers and promote best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and development methodologies. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2+ years of professional experience. Proficiency in .NET (C#) and / or JavaScript. Experience with Angular or React is a plus. Proficient in data manipulation and modeling (normalized & dimensional). Experienced in test-driven development and debugging moderately complex issues. Knowledge of software methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and industry best practices. Able to write and review technical specifications and collaborate across teams. Comfortable working with internal / external tech resources and complex data systems.
