Product Owner - Remote Capgemini Engineering está buscando a un Product Owner para posiciones remotas en Mty, CDMX o Qro. YOUR ROLE Trabajar estrechamente con equipos scrum para ejecutar el roadmap de productos Grid Analytics. Responsable de operar en lockstep con product management para crear una dirección estratégica clara y construir necesidades para productos grid analytics. Build relationships with internal customers across Grid's engineering & services teams to understand their biggest needs and pain points related in Developer Experience, CICD and DevOps. Interactúa con clientes/partes interesadas en VOC requirements‑gathering, fine tuning, y obtención de feedback del producto. Colabora rutinariamente con UX en decisiones de diseño, conduce entrevistas con clientes y stakeholders y elabora personas. Demuestra superior persuasión e influencia que garantice alineación entre cliente, product manager y equipos de ingeniería. Es propietario de las releases y backlogs de sprint del roadmap a corto plazo para MVP y releases trimestrales. Gestión del backlog, priorización continua y aseguramiento de que 2‑3 sprints/iteraciones siempre estén listos. Prioriza continuamente de acuerdo con la comprensión y validación de problemas y necesidades del cliente. Demuestra habilidades estratégicas de decomposición de problemas y navega por la ambigüedad. Colabora con el equipo de desarrollo (50 % del tiempo) facilitando discusiones, clarificaciones, aceptación de historias, testing y validación. Traduce solicitudes de trabajo no estructuradas o ambiguas en user stories y unidades de trabajo accionables. Colabora con Development Leadership/Service Owners para asegurar un proceso de desarrollo saludable. YOUR PROFILE Licenciatura en Informática o equivalente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés, tanto escritas como orales. 6+ años de experiencia como Product Owner, experto en metodologías ágiles. Capacidad para desglosar problemas, documentar problem statements y estimar esfuerzos. Compromiso proactivo con equipos cross‑functional para resolver problemas y diseñar soluciones mediante pensamiento crítico y análisis.
