This involves collecting and prioritizing product and customer requirements, shaping the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to achieve business objectives are met. You will ensure that the products under the portfolio support the company, division, and group’s overall strategy and goals.Additionally, as part of your role, you will define user stories and prioritize the backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities, keeping the conceptual and technical integrity of features or components during planning intervals in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Your work will bridge the gap between strategic business needs and technical implementation, delivering innovative solutions for a global customer base in the semiconductor industry, including engineers and technology professionals.**Key Responsibilities**:* Define and prioritize the product backlog for web technology, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, data scientists, data analysts, AI specialists, developers, web content publishers, program managers, system architects to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories and refine acceptance criteria.* Manage the product lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring that all products meet company-wide strategic goals.* Leverage your expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to drive Web Technology Projects and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.* Monitor and analyze website performance KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize user experience and functionality.* Lead the development of web platforms that integrate AI-powered tools and features, enhancing customer engagement and decision-making.* Maintain a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry and work toward implementing solutions tailored to this domain.* Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.* Lead beta and pilot programs for early-stage products to gather feedback and refine solutions.* Maintain a deep understanding of technology marketing trends, competitive solutions, and advancements in the field.* Deliver monthly reports, analysis, and assessments of KPIs associated with the assigned platforms, ensuring continuous improvement.**Required Skills and Qualifications:*** Proven experience as a Product Owner in web applications, platforms or websites, ideally within the technology or semiconductor industry.* Strong knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and practices.* Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) and its integration into web applications.* Good understanding of web technologies, including architecture, development and user experience principles.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.* Exceptional diligence, ensuring high-quality deliverables and accuracy in testing and execution.* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Ability to effectively influence cross-functional teams and align them with business goals.* Experience working with UX/UI design and IT development teams.* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.* Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), Adobe products (Adobe Analytics, Test and Target) and Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)* Self-driven and initiative-taking approach to managing projects and resolving challenges.* Strong and effective communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.**Education and Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering (preferably Electronic Engineering), or related field.* 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, focusing on web platforms or applications.* Exposure to the semiconductor industry or an understanding of electronic design is highly desirable.* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and analytics platforms is a plus.* Proven experience working with SAFe, Agile, or other project management methodologies.#LI-FCC3 #LI-fcc3 **Bright Minds.
