That’s what **_\#LifeAtCummins_** is all about.We are looking for a talented **Distribution Business Analistic Analyst - Senior** to join our team specializing in **Quality** for our **CUMMINS** in **San Luis Potosí, SLP**.**Job Summary**:Supports Analytics solutions programs composed of multiple-functional projects. Collaborates with other Information Management experts and peers to support functional leaders through project completion and organizational improved capability to expected maturity.**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:- Lead analytics projects to generate strategic insights and support business decision-making.- Develop and integrate data models from various sources (data warehouse, data lake, etc.) to create effective analytics solutions.- Ensure data governance, maintaining data quality, compliance, and consistency.- Optimize data analysis and visualization, ensuring clear and impactful reporting for leadership.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with business needs.**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:**Education, Licenses, Certifications**:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field**Experience**:3-5 years in data analysis, modeling, and visualization in business environments.- Expertise in Power BI (including advanced DAX calculations)- Power Apps, and Power Automate for reporting and process automation.- SQL proficiency for database querying and management.- Database creation and management using SharePoint and Power Apps.- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.(Desirable)- Certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Management.(Desirable)- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.Data governance and ETL methodologies to ensure data integrity and compliance.- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership in agile environments.- **Languages**:- **English**: Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) - **Mandatory.** **Portuguese**: Basic/Intermediate (A2-B1) - **Preferred.****_We are a company dedicated to promoting diversity in the workplace, we provide equal employment opportunities regardless of race, gender, disability, national origin, age, religion or sexual orientation_****RESPONSIBILITIES****Competencies**:- Strong communication- Stakeholder management- Leadership in agile environments- Collaborates- Customer focus- Manages ambiguity- Organizational savvy- Data Analytics- Data Mining- Data Modeling- Data Communication and Visualization- Data Literacy- Data Profiling- Data Quality- Project Management- Values differences**QUALIFICATIONS**This position is Hybrid, requires at least 40% on-site presence, and does NOT offer relocation assistance.**Job** Quality**Organization** Cummins Inc.**Role Category** Remote**Job Type** Exempt - Experienced**ReqID** **Relocation Package** No
