Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Supervisor de Aseguramiento de Calidad****Responsabilidades clave**:- Supervisar inspecciones de materiales, procesos y producto final.- Gestionar materiales no conformes (NCM) y mantener la documentación de calidad actualizada.- Asegurar cumplimiento con ISO 9001, normas mexicanas (NOMs, STPS) y requerimientos de cliente.- Usar SAP para registrar resultados, defectos y datos de calidad.- Liderar al equipo de QA: capacitación, evaluación y retroalimentación.- Realizar análisis de causa raíz (RCA) y aplicar CAPAs efectivas.- Proponer mejoras de procesos usando herramientas como 8D, 5 Porqués, FMEA.- Apoyar auditorías internas/externas y asegurar la transición del sistema de calidad a Tecate.**Plan días**:- ** Día 1-30**: Capacitación, observación de procesos, revisión de KPIs y manuales, conocer al equipo.- ** Día 30-60**: Tomar control operativo, evaluar controles críticos, proponer mejora inicial.- ** Día 60-90**: Implementar mejora, definir metas de calidad, liderar RCA y apoyar transición a Tecate.Experiência y requisitos**Educación y Experiência**:- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, de Calidad, Mecánica o afín (obligatorio).- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en calidad dentro de empresas manufactureras, incluyendo al menos 2 años liderando equipos.- Experiência comprobable en implementación y mantenimiento de sistemas de calidad bajo normas ISO.- Manejo avanzado de **SAP (módulo QM)** y herramientas de análisis de datos de calidad.- Experiência en auditorías internas y externas.**Habilidades Técnicas y Blandas**:- Bilingüe inglés/español, oral y escrito.- Dominio de herramientas estadísticas y de análisis de causa raíz.- Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y enfoque en resultados.- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y administrar múltiples prioridades.- Dominio de MS Office (especialmente Excel).- Conocimiento actualizado de normativas mexicanas (NOMs, STPS).**Otros Requisitos**:- Disponibilidad para reubicarse a Tecate en el momento que se habilite la nueva planta.- Interés en el aprendizaje continuo, con disposición para incorporar mejoras tecnológicas.- Deseable experiência en la industria de **refrigeración o aire acondicionado**, o sectores con requerimientos normativos similares.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- uniforme- servicios médicos en planta- transporte**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Calidad**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tuno de 10 horas- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino- Lunes a viernes**Salario mensual neto** $24,000 - $25,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera sin título**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
