**CARRIER SALES (NEGOCIADOR DE TRANSPORTE)**- Life Insurance policy for you starting 30 days after employment.- Personal Health Insurance coverage for you - Major Medical- 30 days “Aguinaldo” Christmas bonus or prorated percentage your first year.- Vacation time starting at 12 days.- Additional days will increase per Mexican Law.- Premium Vacation 50% vacation days (Prima vacacional).- You will also receive benefits like Saving Plan (Fondo de Ahorro)- Food Coupons (Vales De Despensa) 6% or the Maximum amount by Mexican Law.- You will be provided a Cell Phone Allowance of $800 pesos per month minus applicable taxes.**Responsibilities**:- Provide and negotiate freight rates to motor carriers (and internal sales team as needed), ensuring maximum profitability on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis- Coordinate available customer freight with available motor carrier equipment- Consistently provide service and support to motor carriers in an effort to build the business relationship- Maintain a file of all open truck shipments and of records of trailers in assigned areas- Communicate with motor carriers to schedule trucks and resolve issues- Verify all freight charges, confirm receipt of Bill of Lading, and resolve all payables discrepancies prior to final payment to motor carrier- Monitor Bill of Lading discrepancies to ensure proper return of commodity is arranged, as necessary- Perform other related duties as assigned**Qualifications**:- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish- Strong communication skills both orally and written- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Pro-active problem solver and listener; ability to multi-task1-2 years of business experience in a bi-lingual environment- Logistics expierence preferred, but not requiredSueldo $28,000 mensuales brutos + comisiones DIRECCIÓN DE LA EMPRESA: San Pedro (Por Plaza Fiesta San Agustín) Lunes a Viernes 8am a 5pmTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, AprendizSalario: $27,500.00 - $28,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento gratuitoEducación:- Bachillerato trunco o en curso (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
