**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle for our Selection Application Tool Set.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product vision and roadmap.- Gather and prioritize product requirements through stakeholder interviews, user feedback, and market research.- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to guide product development.- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to continuously improve functionality and user experience.- Ensure products are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.- Communicate product status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the product competitive.- Work with Stakeholders on Fiscal Year Planning including IT investments.- Own the creation of Capital Appropriation Requests, Approvals and Communication- Assist Stakeholders in building out Business cases to secure IT advancement investments.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the IT sector, preferably with Sales and or Configure Price and Quoting Applications.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.- Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.- Excellent written and oral, English communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and product analytics tools.
